Mix Up Some Delicious Cocktails This Holiday Season


Cranberry Citrus Punch
1 quart cranberry juice
1 cup sugar
2 cup orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
3/4 cup lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 cup chilled ginger ale
1 pint rainbow sherbet

In a large drink container, blend cranberry juice, sugar, and other fruit juices. Refrigerate until ready to serve. At serving time, stir in the rainbow sherbet and ginger ale. To make an alcoholic version, stir in 1 cup vodka or gin. Add more sugar to taste if the punch is too tart.


Light and Tasty Holiday Punch
1/3 cup white sugar 
1 quart cranberry juice 
2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice 
3 tablespoons almond extract 
1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale 

In a large container, mix together sugar, cranberry juice, pineapple juice and almond extract. Refrigerate overnight. To serve, pour juice mixture into a punch bowl. Stir in ginger ale.




Eggnog Berry Punch
1 can (12 oz.) raspberry-cranberry frozen juice concentrate, thawed 
1 quart eggnog, chilled 
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 
12 ounces lemon-lime soda, chilled 
1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped 
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 

Stir together the cranberry-raspberry juice, eggnog, and vanilla extract in a serving bowl, then stir in the soda. Fold in the whipped cream and sprinkle with ground nutmeg.
